Our results for<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$ \gamma n\rightarrow K^0 \Sigma^0$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>γ</mml:mi><mml:mi>n</mml:mi><mml:mo>→</mml:mo><mml:msup><mml:mi>K</mml:mi><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:msup><mml:msup><mml:mi>Σ</mml:mi><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>are the first-ever measurements for that reaction. These data will provide insight into the properties of<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$ N^{\ast}$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:msup><mml:mi>N</mml:mi><mml:mo>*</mml:mo></mml:msup></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>resonances and, in particular, will lead to an improved knowledge about those states that couple only weakly to the<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$ \pi N$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>π</mml:mi><mml:mi>N</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>channel. Integrated cross sections were extracted by fitting the differential cross sections for each reaction as a series of Legendre polynomials and our results are compared with prior experimental results and theoretical predictions.</jats:p>
