- <jats:p>We present a dual passivation approach for p–i–n perovskite solar cells using phenethylammonium chloride that simultaneously passivates defects at the grain boundaries and the perovskite/C<jats:sub>60</jats:sub> interface, thus substantially enhancing both <jats:italic>V</jats:italic><jats:sub>OC</jats:sub> and FF.</jats:p>
