We find that the branching fraction of the decay <jats:inline-formula> <jats:tex-math><?CDATA $ \Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow n\pi^{+}\pi^{0} $?></jats:tex-math> <jats:inline-graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="cpc_47_2_023001_M16.jpg" xlink:type="simple" /> </jats:inline-formula> is about one order of magnitude higher than that of <jats:inline-formula> <jats:tex-math><?CDATA $ \Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow n\pi^{+} $?></jats:tex-math> <jats:inline-graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="cpc_47_2_023001_M17.jpg" xlink:type="simple" /> </jats:inline-formula>.</jats:p>
